Windows XP: print LISTEN ports and network connections using netstat
How to print LISTENING ports and network connection on Windows XP
Below there are two examples of using netstat utility in Windows XP for printing listening ports and listing network connections made to and from your pc.

Get LISTEN ports on Windows XP:

C:Documents and Settingsuser>netstat -an | find "LISTEN"
  TCP    0.0.0.0:135            0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
  TCP    0.0.0.0:445            0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
  TCP    0.0.0.0:912            0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING
